03 Registration & Account Management

The juta8 account registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Details requested during registration include full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and bank details for withdrawal purposes.

Single Account Policy

Each user is only permitted to own and operate one (1) active account on the juta8 platform at any time. Attempts to register a second or multiple accounts — whether using the same or a different identity — constitute a serious violation that may result in:

• Immediate closure of all accounts associated with that user.
• Forfeiture of all cash balances, bonuses, and wins held in the accounts concerned.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the juta8 platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, images, audio and video clips, and software, is the exclusive property of juta8 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content on the juta8 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from juta8.

10 Liability Limits

Juta8 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times; however, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from errors, technical disruptions, or cyberattacks. To the extent permitted by law, juta8 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of data, anticipated profits, or business opportunities.
• Any service disruption resulting from scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence.

Juta8's maximum total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their juta8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard policy.

Closure by juta8

Juta8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a user has violated any condition set out in this document.
• Confirmed or strong suspicion that a user is involved in fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to comply with KYC requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

12 Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Juta8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or by registered email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in security emergencies requiring immediate action.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with this document shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any legal action is pursued.
